I could not find the design I wanted on the site, can I ask for a custom design?

Special design is being made only for 11 Organic Hospital Outfit Sets, only if there is no campaign at that time and by requesting additional time for custom design process.

What does an outlet mean? Can I change / add the name or design on outlet products?

Our outlet products consist of overprinting and / or faulty productions in usable condition. They are unwashed, not torn, unused products. No changes can be made to the products, since they are produced beforehand and personal work cannot be done. However, you can add an outlet order to your normal custom made order.

How should I wash my products?

You can wash your products at 30 degrees, in reverse, using the sensitive washing feature of the washing machine. We recommend that you use a low-speed spin and use liquid baby detergent. We kindly request that you do not use detergents with high abrasive power and do not dry them in the dryer. Do not bleach. You can iron your products in reverse.

Will the print of my products fade? Will it haul-off?

As we use organic dyes and avoid mordants and such chemicals, it is possible to fade in continuous and harsh washes. For this reason, as long as the washing instructions are followed, we can guarantee that our products will retain their vibrant color for a long time. Since we use organic cotton fabrics, our products are produced taking into account that it will shrink a little, so we guarantee that it will not shrink more than it is suitable for its intended use as long as it is washed under appropriate washing conditions.

What are the lead times? When will I receive my order?

Our delivery time in Hospital Outfit Sets and Mom and Kids’ Collections categories is a maximum of 10 working days after order confirmation. In all other categories, it is the 15th business day following the design approval. Depending on the order density, delivery times may be given earlier than the specified times, and in unusual cases, later deliveries may be experienced. Maximum 10/15 business days refers to the number of days your order will be packaged and delivered to the cargo company, and the time spent on the road after the cargo has departed is not included in this period. After your product is delivered to cargo, the delivery time varies between 1 to 2 days depending on the region you are in. Business days’ calculated as; 5 days a week, from Monday to Friday, and public holidays are not included.

I am in such hurry, can I have the product delivered earlier?

We can shorten the design process and give priority in production for your urgent orders but there will still be a fixed production process which will take some time. Being aware of the fact that the majority of our customers are pregnant, we prepare and ship the orders as quickly as we can.

How can I make the payment? Is there a payment option as “Cash on Delivery”?

Production of customized orders is based on payment, therefore we do not have a payment option as CoD. You can make your payments on our website by credit card, by eft / money order via bank, by depositing money to our PTT postal check account or from ATMs without a card. Also, we offer a payment link option via web link hosted by Paytr Company.

Which cargo company do you work with?

We deliver our shipments with Aras Cargo in Turkey borderlines, and DHL for overseas.

Where can I track the status of my shipped order?

On the day we release your products with the contracted cargo company, a notification message will be sent from the cargo company to your contact number that you have given to us. With the cargo tracking number included in this message, you can track the status of your cargo through the cargo company's official website or application.

Can I return or exchange the product I purchased?

As stated in the Regulation on Distance Contracts, Article 15, Paragraph 1, B; Consumers do not have the right of withdrawal for goods prepared in line with the consumer's wishes or personal needs.
